Founded in 1983 by Marcia Conley, a visionary who initially made her mark owning several Real Estate companies, BIB Group was born out of a keen observation: the business community in Indiana needed specialized M&A advisory services. Recognizing this gap, Marcia transitioned her expertise to the realm of business sales and commercial real estate, establishing BIB Group as one of the forerunners in the M&A industry in the Midwest. Additionally, BIB Group has been an affiliate of Generational Equity, the largest national M&A firm in the United States, for over 20 years.

As the current Owner and President of BIB Group and a Senior M&A Advisor at Generational Equity, she brings extensive experience in the sale of businesses of all sizes and industries. Kimberly has personally been involved in the growth and sale of manufacturing and distribution companies and is an active member of M&A Source, IBBA, and Greater Fort Wayne.

(BIB Group) in 1983 to help buyers and sellers achieve their business goals, drawing on her extensive experience owning companies in manufacturing, distributorship, and service industries. A licensed Real Estate Broker and Purdue University alumna, she has been in the M&A industry over 40 years and has also served as a Senior M&A Advisor for the largest National M&A firm in the United States for over 20 years. Marcia is known in the industry for her exceptional negotiating skills and a proven track record of successful transactions.

His extensive experience spans leading an international distribution company, a 3-D CAD value-added reseller, and a scrap rubber refining company, and he is passionate about advising business owners and management in M&A transactions.

Holding a BA in Interpersonal Communication and minors in Philosophy and Psychology from Purdue Univerity, he brings diverse experience, including past contract manufacturing and current ownership of two marina-related businesses, alongside his hobbies of supporting the Pittsburgh Steelers and performing as a solo acoustic musician and singer.
